  Job Description

Job Purpose:

  • The IT Business Analyst is part of the Strategy & Planning team and reports to the Program & Project Management Manager.
  • They will assist with the development & maintenance of the Financial Workbook, which is a homegrown tool used by the US CIO teams to manage their investments’ financials.
  • Also responsible for assisting in the creation, delivery and optimization of Financial Management processes and functions to ensure IT operates with maximum financial efficiency and transparency to generate the greatest value for the Business.

  • MS Power Apps
  • Agile ways of working and associated tools (i.e. Jira)
  • Good communication skills are a must

  • Need to be able to work in a cross-functional team
  • Must be comfortable providing support to a large user community that will be comprised of a mix of employees & contractors at varying levels of the IT&D organization

 

Position Responsibilities (including but not limited to):


The IT Business Analyst is accountable to perform a wide range of functions which will include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Under guidance of the Program & Project Management Manager, responsible for the development, support & training of the Financial Workbook (Excel-based proprietary tool)
  • Liaise with the IT Finance, Regulatory, CIO Delivery Towers and Global Solutions Engineering teams, to gather requirements for new features to be incorporated into the Financial Workbook
  • Coordinate the release of new features to production
  • Document new features and update existing guidance and training material
  • Utilize historical financial data to assist with the development of project budget, resource and forecasting plans
  • Assist in ad-hoc reporting to support requests
