Industrial Manufacturing Engineer in Guelph, ON

Description:

• You will provide technical support to the maintenance, operations and capital project departments on all equipment reliability matters.
• You will drive the overall site goal of maximizing equipment performance through improved maintenance and reliability.

You will be responsible for:

• Providing input into equipment design, selection, construction, commissioning and qualification activities.
• Providing technical assistance to maintenance personnel and other departments as required.
• Developing reliability procedures and equipment files.
• Assisting with generation, review and revision of maintenance documentation.
• Developing & maintaining a site asset criticality list, asset condition list, condition based / time based / predictive maintenance plans, & downtime measurement tools
• Optimizing the site preventive maintenance program (RCM/FMECA based).
• Developing and owning the condition monitoring program.
• Assisting in the preparation of appropriate spare parts strategy to ensure maximum availability of
