  Job Description

Oracle Informatica Developer with Python, PL/SQL, Cloud Data Ware House and AWS Data Services

Job Location:- Jersey City, NJ ( Day 1 Onsite- Candidate needs to work 5 Days at the Client Office)

Resource should be technically competent enough on both On Perm and Cloud. Ideally, should have started with On perm Data warehouse technologies and progressed to cloud

Mandatory Skillsets

  • Excellent Data were house skills in Oracle, Informatica.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using Oracle , Informatica, Python and Unix technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
  • Implement security measures and data protection protocols.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience building solutions using Oracle, Informatica, Python and shell scripting.
  • Strong knowledge of Python frameworks (e.g., Pandas, Streamlit, etc).
  • Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake and AWS services.
  • Experience in Translating functional and technical requirements into detailed design
  • Experience in Coding and unit testing, support SIT, UAT and Production deployments
  • Must have good database programming skills covering Design/development of Stored Procedures, -Functions, Tables, and Triggers and tuning SQL queries for optimal performance.
  • Proficiency in shell scripting
  • Experience with performance tuning and optimization of Oracle databases
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Skill 2 – 10+ Yrs of Exp – Python frameworks
Skill 3 – 10+ Yrs of Exp – Oracle PL/SQL and SQL.
Skill 4 – 10+ Yrs of Exp – Informatica PowerCenter or similar ETL tools.
Skill 5 – 10+Yrs of Exp - Translating functional and technical requirements into detailed design
Skill 6- 10+Yrs of Exp- - Coding and unit testing, support SIT, UAT and Production deployments
Skill 7 – 10+ Yrs of Exp – good database programming skills covering Design/development of Stored Procedures, -Functions, Tables, and Triggers and tuning SQL queries for optimal performance.
Skill 8 – 10+ Yrs of Exp – Develop ETL processes using Informatica to manage data integration tasks.
Skill 9 – 10+ Yrs of Exp – Performance tuning and optimization of Oracle databases
