Organizational Change Management Assistant in La Verne, CA

100% On Site - La Verne, CA OR Foster City, CA

Summary:

• This role will support the OCM Director in driving successful organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• You will be part of the Strategy and Excellence Team, and will collaborate closely with various Supply Chain teams, to ensure effective change implementation and adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with developing and executing change management strategies and plans to support the implementation of organizational changes.
• Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify potential risks and resistance to change.
• Create and deliver effective communication materials to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.
• Monitor and measure change progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of change activities.

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience in change management or related roles.
• Proven track record in successfully managing and implementing change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Change management certification preferred
