• Sample will be provided to them every day and they will be performing and coordinating testing
• Experience working with PPE and document test result
• Someone with HPLC or LCMS or GCMS exp will also work

• Degree in chemistry, biology, environmental science and/or similar sciences (lab experience preferred)
• Experience in any testing with water

• Routine tests on non-potable environmental samples collected at the waste treatment plant to ensure environmental compliance.

Summary

• The Environment, Health and Safety Laboratory (EHS Lab) is responsible for ensuring that accurate, high-quality data is generated during chemical assessments, including the development of new methodologies to support Client core values and commitment to the environment.
• This role is primarily responsible for conducting routine tests on non-potable environmental samples collected at the waste treatment plant to ensure environmental compliance.
• Participation in special project work, analytical method upkeep, and data reporting are also required.

EHS Laboratory Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine environmental wet chemistry tests on samples collected to monitor waste effluent and treatment plant performance.
• Troubleshoot experiments, instruments, and notate significant data deviations.
• Maintain chemical inventory system and order supplies accordingly.
• Sanction internal and external laboratories for the analysis of environmental samples.
• Communicate with stakeholders and issue results to internal customers.
• Execute tasks under minimal supervision in a GLP environment.
• Adhere to and support all EHS objectives, procedures, and policies.
