  Job Description

Candidate Location Requirements: Preferential requests for candidates in the Puget Sound area who can come into the office

If hybrid, # of days contractor will be required to work onsite: 5 days per week

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience with calendar management in Outlook
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience with MS Office Suite
  • Experience with Head Trax is a plus

Typical Day in the Role Performs a variety of complex administrative functions

  • Purpose of the Team: Support for deal managers and the commercial executive community
  • Key projects: Core admin functions, calendar management, event planning, creating POs
  • Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: Primarily heads-down work with minimal meetings

Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners.
  • Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses. 
  • Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations. 
  • Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships. 
  • Provides general office support. 
  • Serves as the department/group contact. 
  • Completes special projects as assigned.
