Graduate Trainee – Improvement Project Team (Grade F) in Tower Hamlets, EN

Duties:

• We are looking for a Grad Trainee to support improvement work and positive change across the organisation as LBTH statutory support package begins, particularly support with ensuring that initial board meetings run smoothly and report writing.
• This is sensitive, high profile cross-cutting work.

Key qualities:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with senior colleagues and stakeholders
• Ability to work under pressure to urgent or shifting deadlines
• High quality secretariat support for senior meetings and work to support a range of audiences
• We are looking for someone on a temporary basis for up to 6 months initially.
