Customer Service -Bilingual in North Chicago, IL

In Office position

Contract 3-4 months but extends longer-

Candidates must be bilingual, either French/English or Spanish/English.

Position can be for one French/English and one Spanish/English, or two French/English or two Spanish/English.

Workday experience is a plus, the ticketing system is Zendesk.

The positions are in HR Services and are the first point of contact.

October - May are the busiest times of the year.

New worker hours are 10:30am - 7:00pm. It may be possible to move to an earlier shift at some point. 

• HIPPA training data privacy
• High volume- peak time is January through April
• 13-14 calls a day 10 – 15 minutes in length
• 3-4 weeks of training before working independently
• Hours- 10:30 AM – 7PM Monday- Friday- Training and regular shift
• Microsoft office Suite, Workday, Excel, Zendesk a plus, typing efficiency 40 words a minute
• Interview process- video (Teams) then there is a written test for Spanish/French
• Service center has 3 supervisors’ French speakers on 1 team and Spanish speakers on another team
• No guarantee this will lead to an FT role-in the past it has led to FTE
• Receptionist BG acceptable but must be bilingual
• Repetitive work
• Must enjoy working in Customer Service
• This is not a position
• We do not deal with Benefits questions & concerns
• Prefer HR background plus- Level of sensitivity
• Most calls are from Mexico, Latin American
