  Job Description

Location: Hybrid (in office 100% for training); DePere or Louisville locations ,usually in the office on Wednesdays for team meetings

  • Customer inquiries via phone, chat and email
  • Need to be have strong customer service aptitude and a desire to help
  • If they have Natural Gas experience, that would be a plus, but not required
  • Ability to use Excel, Word, Outlook; experience in SalesForce could be helpful
  • Center covers 8am-6pm ET; prefer candidate can go 9-6 ET; will need to have some flexibility for coverage as needed for that earlier start by one hour
  • Equipment to be provided by client (laptop, monitors, keyboard, headset, etc)
  • Experience: at least 2 years, but ideally 5 years

Job Description:              

  • Provide business function support in various power delivery settings.
  • High school diploma with minimum of 5 years experience in specific area of expertise.
  • Familiarity with power companies a plus.
  • Provide clerical and some administrative support.
  • Utilize PC and mainframe applications, such as Microsoft Office, People Soft, Time, EERS, and PassPort proficiently.
  • Develop customized reports provided by integrated systems, including Passport, PeopleSoft, Impromptu, etc, and MS Office applications. Use oral and written skills to present information.

Info specific to this role:

  • Candidate will be providing customer service to Gas utility customers via email, phone and chat.
  • Experience in Customer Service is a must.
  • Energy/Utility experience would be nice-to-have.
  • Looking for someone with a great personality and demonstrated ability to provide great customer service.
  • Candidate will need to be willing/able to learn a great deal, so a quick and eager learner is imperative.

Role will be hybrid and can be located in either the DePere, WI office or the Louisville, KY office.

  • The candidate is welcome to work from the office more often (even full-time) if they'd prefer. If working ly, they will need to have reliable high speed internet.
  • They will do all of their initial training (first few weeks) in the office full-time and will then move into a Hybrid schedule.
  • They will need to be in the office for Moments that Matter and it is highly encouraged that they attend weekly team meetings on Wednesdays in the office.
