  Job Description

Location. Titusville is Primary but Horsham is available if candidate prefers. They are 25-30 min apart.

Most of the team is TVL but some are in Horsham.

Candidate can wortk from 

1st option: Titusville, NJ
2nd option:  Horsham, PA

  • Role will be Hybrid (in office 3 days)
  • Can sit in Horsham, PA or Titusville, NJ
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Must have 2-3 years of experience
  • This is not a call center position
  • This team is the US Commercial Pharmacovigilance Team, considered "safety team" for the US
  • Possible title would be "Project Manager with Safety"
  • Support the business and making sure adverse events are reported and how to submit to partners
  • Must have experience with Adverse Reporting / Safety
  • Third party vendors are handling the market research, this team will work with the vendors to ensure they are handling everything correctly and the vendors are up to date on training
  • Will be required to meet Safety Requirements - there will be a lot of documentation
  • Must make sure the vendors are trained and following up, can be up to 7,000 vendors
  • This person will be responsible for following up on reconciliation of tickets that have been submitted to ensure the process is moving smoothly
  • Compliance experience would be required
  • Must be very comfortable with MS Office
  • Must have technical skills
  • Must be organized, able to track and follow up on tasks to ensure processes are running smoothly
  • Should have excellent communication skills

Duties:

  • Will be responsible to submit service tickets for vendor employees in appropriate ticketing system(s)
  •  review contracts to verify use of correct exhibit language; issue email notifications for time sensitive activities such as overdue training;
  • other responsibilities as deemed appropriate for coordinator role to support compliance to pharmacovigilance requirements.
