  Job Description

Hybrid schedule - must be onsite 3 days a week

Flexible start time between 7 am - 8:30 am. End time can range from 5 pm to 6 pm

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management & Analysis:

  • Build and manage complex Excel spreadsheets, utilizing advanced functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas to organize and analyze data.
  • Prepare, validate, and load data files for User Recertification Environment to ensure proper access management.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of data content, as well as its presentation.
  • Access Reviews & Coordination:
  • Review user access data and follow up with management teams to ensure timely completion of access reviews.
  • Coordinate data fallouts, addressing and resolving discrepancies or issues promptly.
  • Communication & Collaboration:
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflows and resolution of data-related issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and plan tasks efficiently, ensuring project deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in data management, accounting, finance, business, or technology systems, with a strong emphasis on working with Excel.
  • Proven proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas (VLOOKUP), pivot tables, and data analytics.
  • 2 to 4-year degree program in Accounting, Finance, Business or Technology

Skills & Competencies:

  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to spot inconsistencies and ensure accuracy in data handling.
  • Excellent Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple data sets and tasks concurrently.
  • Prioritization & Planning: Effectively manage workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Self-Motivated: Proactive and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with internal teams.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Comfortable working within a team and fostering a collaborative environment.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel (advanced spreadsheet building, formulas, data management).
  • Familiar with email communication tools and ServiceNow (or similar service management platforms). 

Measures of Performance:

  • Accuracy and timeliness in preparing and validating user access data files.
  • Effective follow-up with user management for the completion of access reviews.
  • Successful resolution of data fallouts, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Quality and clarity of data content and presentation in reports.
