Maintenance Engineer I in

Position: Data Center Managed Service Operator Duration: 3 to 6 months with possibility for contingent assignment extension for an additional 3 to 6 months. Temp to perm: Possibility to extend to perm based on openings and performance. We will evaluate after the first 3 months. Shift: Monday-Friday 2PM -10.30PM (Possibility to work on the weekends as needed for emergencies) Pay $32.00 Bill $45.44 Core essential skill sets: 5.1. Certified electrician license. 5.2. Basic HVAC knowledge and skills. 5.3. Service availability 24/7 for incident response. 5.4. Basic computer skills (Office suite, operating systems). 5.5. Serve as Level1 support for incidents in HVAC, water, and air systems. 5.6. Serve as Level1 & Level2 support for incidents in Electrical systems 5.7. Strong service orientation, responsibility, independence, and a systems oriented mindset Screenings: - Basic Background - Drug -12-panel w/Fentanyl - Medical Screenings: 1. Vision Screen - Near, Far, Color, Depth and Peripheral 2. Audiogram & Noise and Hearing Questionnaire 3. Lifting Assessment (35Lbs) Education/Certification/Experience: Minimum Educational Requirement is High School Diploma or GED. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS • N/A We are seeking a managed service solution that will provide 24/7 on-site coverage. The main pillars of the service include the following: 1. Monitoring o An on-site electrician will physically monitor the environment by conducting periodic patrols. 2. Preventive Maintenance (PM) o Responsible for managing PM activities according to Teva's PM plan in collaboration with Teva's subcontractors. 3. Malfunction Handling (MH) o Electrical Incidents: Provide immediate response to incidents classified as L1 and L2. o HVAC Incidents: Provide immediate response to incidents classified as L1. Note: All PM and MH activities will adhere to Teva's standards. Please let us know if further clarification is required.
