Receptionist in Waltham, MA

Work Schedule hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• There is underground parking at the worksite location and it is free!
• It is 5 days a week onsite. 1 hour lunch break.
• Fingerprinting is required for the selected candidate.

Primary responsibilities will include the greeting of guests, vendors, job applicants and other visitors.

Some administrative tasks which include:

• Handling emails from the main inbox and existing client communication follow ups by email correspondence.
• May be asked to arrange for conference room reservations or food deliveries or arrange for transportation services as well as answer incoming calls to a front desk.
• May also route incoming calls to appropriate parties.
• Pleasant communication skills and professional demeanor is critical. Seeking an individual who is reliable with excellent inter personal skill sets, a warm and inviting smile! High School diploma and relevant experience is required.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
