Retail Order Management Specialist Role

Alameda, CA

This is an Onsite position currently- Part time hours- Approx 20 hours per week

Hours: 9am-1pm Monday-Friday (will need to be flexible as some team meetings are earlier)

Length Of Assignment: 6 months with possible extension

Manager looking for candidate to start asap after selected candidate clears   screenings

  • Nature of Role: Candidate will handle retail order management and invoicing.
  • Will be processing Purchase Orders and invoicing of a retail client product that is launching on Amazon.
  • Must Have Good computer/data entry skills excellent attention to detail, good communication skills and follow through.
  • May investigate if there is an issue with shipment or invoicing by reaching out to the vendor support team, track shipment status from the warehouse, track/payments etc.
  • Will be utilizing internal FAC Finance system.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple websites- Strong MS Office working knowledge- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written –
  • Ability to use good thinking and reasoning to solve problems-
  • If someone has any type of SAP experience, that would also be a plus.

Education Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED-
  • Associate/bachelor’s degree would be a plus, but not required if there is previous type work experience
