Technical Program Manager, Third Party Data Centre Operations in Frankfurt am Main Stadt, HE

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience in managing critical facility infrastructure incidents.
• Technical experience in two or more of the following areas: data center infrastructure, operating systems, networking, security, system administration, or service management.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field.
• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience with designing, configuring, and troubleshooting BMS and SCADA systems using software like FactoryTalk and Ignition.
• Experience in troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis or corrective action for BMS and EPMS related issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects, such as those involving Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS).
• This includes developing project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, as well as managing project execution to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Respond to and resolve incidents related to critical infrastructure, including BMS and EPMS systems.
• This may involve troubleshooting, coordinating with vendors, and implementing preventative measures.
• Collect and analyze operational data, including incident reports and system performance metrics, to identify trends and drive process improvements.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to monitor system health, identify optimization opportunities, and make data-backed recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.
