Analytical Developmental Scientist in Malvern, PA

• Role will be 100% ONSITE in Malvern, PA
• Possible title of role: Analytical Developmental Scientist (Biology/Microbiology)
• Must have a Bachelor's degree, preferred in Chemistry or Biochemistry
• Required to have "industry" experience, not just "academic" experience
• Must have Laboratory experience (understanding roles of compliance)
• GMP experience
• Must have Technical skills (at least 2): ELISA, FRET, cell culture, aseptic, assays, flow cytometry, proteins
• Must have excellent writing skills
• Software - example could be Softmax, not required but this is what is used

Job Description:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related subject area, with a minimum of 2 or more years of related industry laboratory experience is required, or a Master’s degree with 1 or more years of related industry laboratory experience is required.
• Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills are required.
• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills (written and oral) and the ability to work in a cross-functional customer-focused environment is required.
• Experience with a minimum of two of the following technical skills are required: ELISA, FRET, cell culture and aseptic technique, cell-based potency assays, flow cytometry or plate-based biochemical assays (impurity, HCP).
• Experience working in a cGMP environment is required. Perform experiments and data review according to SOPs and protocols.
• Experience with electronic laboratory notebook is preferred.
• Excellence in bioassay trouble shooting is preferred.
• Ability to work with limited guidance to plan, execute, and follow through with studies is preferred.
