Job Summary:

Client is seeking an Administrative Assistant (HR Admin Coordinator) to support HR-related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have some HR experience (internship or 1–2 years in an HR role) and a strong ability to manage administrative duties within a unionized work environment (preferred).

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle HR administrative processes related to hiring, promotions, and lateral moves
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation for new employees
  • Conduct orientation presentations for incoming staff
  • Provide support with day-to-day HR administrative tasks

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Human Resources, or a related field and/or Someone currently pursuing bachelor’s would be required.
  • Experience in a unionized work environment is a significant advantage
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable speaking in front of groups and leading orientation sessions
  • Oracle E-people and ICIMS is nice to have
  • PowerBI nice to have
