Must Have List:

  • At least 3 years of minimum experience in project management, operations, or a related role in biopharma space.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent documentation skills and attention to details.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, MS Teams, specifically, MS Project.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

About the Role

  • We are looking for a Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across various projects within our team
  • This role is ideal for a highly organized and proactive individual who is eager to enhance their project management skills while working alongside senior leads and cross matrix team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Support the development of project plans, schedules, and status reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Help facilitate meetings, document action items, and follow up on deliverables.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Contribute to best practices for project management of all projects.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 3 years of minimum experience in project management, operations, or a related role in biopharma space.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent documentation skills and attention to details.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, MS Teams, specifically, MS Project.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in project management is bonus with knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
