Duties

• This position is for a frontline therapeutic specialist who will be responsible for engaging healthcare professionals across all therapeutic areas in rich clinical dialogue by responding to unsolicited medical inquiries.
• Specialist may provide ad hoc customer support in the form of clinical discussions and/or literature search analysis.
• They will also assist with omnichannel processing and daily reconciliation support.
• Responsibilities also include compliance intake/reporting by identifying and documenting adverse event and/or product quality complaint(s).
• Specialist may interact with business partners external to the MISE.
