Summary

• The Client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician (Contractor) to join our Ingredient Quality team in Atlanta GA.
• This is a temporary position with an initial term of six months with the potential for extension up to 18 months.
• In this role you will play a vital part in ensuring the quality and safety of our ingredients by supporting various laboratory operations.
• This job requires you to work on-site during business hours 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday.
• Occasionally you may need to work earlier or later hours.
• What you’ll do for After the successful candidate receives the necessary training, they will be expected to perform tasks including Maintaining a Safe Working Environment Be part of a team that prioritizes safety.
• Follow all laboratory safety guidelines including proper handling and disposal of chemicals wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and keeping the workspace clean and organized.

Relevant Experience / Educational Requirements

• Minimum two-year associate degree or equivalent required.
• Prior laboratory experience is preferred but not required.
