Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience navigating customer organizational structures, developing technology programs, defining milestones, success criteria, resource al and on-time delivery.
- Technical experience in two or more of the following areas: data center infrastructure, operating systems, networking, security, system administration and/or service management.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and German for collaboration with international and local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading enterprise customers through business or technology transformations, with experience in large account/project management.
- Ability to quickly grasp and explain technological and business concepts.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations with messages to technology and business audiences and C-Level audiences.

- In this role, you will be a Trusted Advisor to our largest customers, ultimately responsible for ensuring the overall success.
- You will align at the executive level, building and maintaining relationships with business executives and IT stakeholders, and understanding the business requirements and goals.
- You will lead the shared roadmaps to drive customer partnerships, provide technical guidance and program leadership, and facilitate customers digital transformation to maximize the value
- You will draw on your technical, communication and organizational skills to help customers get the most value.
- Your previous experience with enterprise infrastructure implementations, cloud platform design, Big Data solutions, and application development will play a part in your day-to-day work driving success and advocating for our most critical customers.
- You will manage all aspects of Cloud adoption, helping customers accelerate the journey to our platform, maximize the business and technical operations, and serve as the primary advocate.
- The end result is increased value, retention, customer satisfaction and ultimately expansion of the Cloud footprint.

Responsibilities
- Drive the customer partnership for key strategic customers, from a delivery standpoint.
- Establish executive relationships with business and IT stakeholders to understand their objectives,
- Accelerate customer’s migration to GCP by influencing all relevant stakeholders and removing roadblocks
- Ensure that customers derive maximum value from their investment in Cloud : assess their capabilities, collaborate with other Client stakeholders and prescribe recommendations to help them accelerate GCP deployments and achievement of their business targets
- Engage Cloud Consulting teams and partners in order to accelerate our customers’ transformation and successful adoption of Cloud
- Leverage our adoption methodology and our transformation framework, conduct customer Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), advocate for customers to rapidly knock down adoption blockers, and coordinate across multiple work streams and teams to maintain customer momentum.
