  • High school diploma Exp in Microsoft Suite; detail-oriented individual;

Nice to haves –

  • Prior exp GMP at least 1 year preferable bachelor's in science (microbiology, chemistry); Laboratory background

Wednesday - Saturday; 08:30-19:00

Key Responsibilities may change over time in accordance with business needs.

This position is responsible for effectively coordinating documentation and samples received in the Quality Control laboratory in accordance with SOP’s.

Responsibilities include:

  • Data entry and filing of laboratory documentation
  • Request, maintain and return of logbooks used in the Quality Control Sample Management.
  • Perform sample receipt and sample disposal in the Quality Control laboratory
  • Coordinate distribution of samples to other laboratories
  • Order laboratory supplies
  • Manage laboratory reserve samples
  • Clean and store laboratory glassware

Effectively demonstrates an understanding of CGMPs and how it applies to specific responsibilities

  • Follow accurate oral and written procedures for maintenance of laboratory systems, documentation, and samples
  • Ensure laboratory data and samples are effectively maintained
  • Update laboratory database and tracks the completion of various functions required by the Quality Control laboratory
  • Work independently under general supervision and direction
  • Work in compliance with CGMPs
  • Practice safe work habits and adhere to safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Demonstrated ability in the application of the requisite skills to perform the required tasks of the position.
  • Receives general instructions on routine assignments under general supervision.
  • Receives detailed instructions on new work, which may be closely supervised and reviewed.
