100% onsite, experience with equipment and process qualifications

Possibility of extension and conversion depending on performance

Preferred / nice to have - Equipment Software development and validation experience.

1-2 yrs exp will be great

More years of experience will be considered

Looking for 1-6 yrs exp

  • Will be developing new processes and doing validation as well
  • Any industry exp will work as far as the candidate has required experience
  • Experience with equipment and process qualifications
  • Would need 1 year of industry experience
  • Will be working across sites (Should be able to join meetings)
  • Software testing exp is a bonus
  • Process development engineer
  • Not looking for some one fresh out of school
  • Equipment Software development and validation experience.
  • IQ OQ PQ exp
  • Any engineering degree (mechanical, electrical)
  • Masters degree with internship/Coop exp will work
  • Fixture development experience
  • Aerospace industry exp will also work
  • Looking for candidates more towards process and manufacturing and hands on exp working with equipment’s

Education:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Technical Field,
  • An equivalent combination of education and work experience

Duties:

  • Establish processes based on product specifications, evaluate process and design alternatives based on Design for Manufacturability principles,
  • Understand principles of Cost of Goods Sold?, manage program compliance with Quality Control requirements (i.e. Design Control, Process validation etc.),
  • Understand IP issues relative to processes being developed, maintain knowledge of new developments in manufacturing and design technologies,
  • Understand work environment issues (i.e. OSHA regulations, etc.),
  • Support all Divisional initiatives as identified by divisional management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements, Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations,
  • Other regulatory requirements, Company policies,
  • Operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.
  • Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors
