• As director on our global Marketing, Customer & Commercial Leadership, & PACS Intelligence team, you will be the OU liaison within the Business Marketplace Performance domain connecting with stakeholders of various seniority levels to drive efficiency and effectiveness across our data landscape.

Deliverables and Milestones:

This assignment will provide experience in:

• Leading relationships with current data suppliers, partnering with Operating Unit and Global Platform Services teams, guaranteeing optimal service delivery and its enhancement
• Collaboration with teammates and stakeholders to assess data quality, partnership performance, new data suppliers, and support current or future initiatives
• Aligning with LATAM OU and strategic data partners with global team objectives, roadmap, and data product enhancements
• Leading the implementation and enterprise-wide rollout of key data products across measurement capabilities
• Piloting new approaches, products and innovation to push our data partners and system reimagining how performance measurement data is collected and utilized to drive insights
• Driving awareness and adoption of Marketplace Performance Measurement “MPM” 2.0 with OU & Bottlers.
• Lead LATAM OU change request process, while also acting as an integrator to address needs and influence changes to the global data product
• Contributing to global agreement negotiations for our largest data partners
• Management of LATAM OU data budget, subscriptions, and POs working with OU Procurement & Finance to ensure financial process adherence

• Exceptional organizational skills demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to understand and communicate the larger picture, tell data driven stories to a variety of seniority levels. Ability to lead & influence multiple stakeholders and handle conflicting priorities.
• Bilingual Spanish and English speaking is preferred.
