Duties

• The position sits within (FFE), and this role will be responsible for querying data, calculating and analyzing engagement KPIs for our field forces, building reports and dashboards, and helping to establish the future process and capability to improve and automate our field force KPIs.

Skills:
3+ Years Related Professional Experience

• Data Analytics, KPI Measurement, Business Intelligence
• SQL & Related Query Languages
• Power BI, and Data Visualization / Reporting
• Snowflake
• Advanced Excel
• Salesforce CRM (Not Required, but Preferred)
• Understanding of Sales and Marketing Metrics (Life Science or Field Force Measurement Required, but Preferred)
• Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills

Education:     

• A degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
