Must-Have Skills

Summary:

Day-to-Day
- Design, develop, and test electrical equipment, including machinery controls, wiring, and lighting
- Review and approve design models for cost effectiveness, reliability, and safety
- Supervise the simulation and testing of machine/structure/system operation and monitor product quality
- Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities
- Inspect completed installations and observe operations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications
- Power characterization, power circuit, power regulators
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise the design, development, and testing of the manufacture of electrical equipment, including machinery controls, wiring, and lighting.
- Review and approve the cost effectiveness, reliability and safety of certain design models.
- Discuss estimates for time and cost to complete projects with clients.
- Supervise the simulation and testing of machine/structure/system operation and monitor product quality.
- Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
- Inspect completed installations and observe operations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
