A few of us look forward to the day after Thanksgiving with the same or even more anticipation than Thanksgiving. With places prominent and minor pushing deals at rock-bottom prices and price cuts on everything imaginable under the sun, this acts as a perfect day to use up all the tryptophan consumed a day earlier. To anyone who has all their holiday shopping planned, Black Friday becomes a day to make significant savings and show off their planning superpowers.

There are many empathetic people out there who put others before themselves. These are the people who make sure to include their mailmen, delivery drivers, maids, housekeepers, and many other unsung heroes, sometimes known and many a times unknown, who perform their jobs irrespective of the weather or time of the day.
